Transfer Policy
Refunds will not be issued should the client or their guests arrive late, choose not to arrive or if the client fail to pay the 2nd half of their deposit.
TRANSFER POLICY - An additional fee will be required to reschedule or adjust the time after the event has been reserved. Events must be rescheduled within the same year. Guests may only pay once to reschedule the date or adjust the time.
Balance due dates are 10 days prior to the event otherwise a full payment is required.
BodyWorkz Pole Fitness will not be held liable should the client choose to move their date or time. The transfer fee will be required to avoid a total loss of the reservation.
A refund will be issued should an issue stem from BodyWorkz Pole Fitness or better known as the company fault.
Cancellation fees will be waived should the weather become inclement.
Refunds will not be issued should the weather become inclement. The client will be given time to rebook within the same year. The studio must be notified a minimum of 10 days prior to reschedule.
COVID 19- Policy. Mask are required upon entry & throughout the event if a client display symptoms of the Covid -19 or at the pole instructor's request. Complimentary hand sanitizer will be issued. Please be advised that a refund will not be issued should the company temporary seize activities due to COVID -19. An opportunity will be given to reschedule after the city ordinance has been lifted. Checking out on the site indicates that the host agrees to all terms & conditions via the website & company policy.
I have less than 10 guests. Can I still reserve a party?
Yes. Packages will remain the same in price unless specified on the website under the package details.
Add $23 per additional guest. Please be advised that non - participants will be charged. Pole parties are offered 7 days a week. Individual lessons & are not offered on sat or sun. Downsizing a package is prohibited after the payment has been made.
Alcohol & Refreshments
You can bring decorations, food, beverages, desserts, crock pots, burners & etc. Underage drinking is prohibited.
The representative of the group agrees to assist guests with the proper transportation should their guests appear heavily intoxicated. Overly intoxicated guests, guests that vomit or repeatedly cough & sneeze will be asked to vacate the facility. The host of the event is required to sterilize the area should their guest vomit.
Outside hookahs are not allowed
2 standard rectangular tables will be provided. Tablecloths are provided & confetti isn't allowed. We do not provide, plates, or eating utensils. We occasionally provide ice.
How early can I instruct my guests to arrive?
(3 guests) will be allowed to arrive 15 minutes prior to assist with the decorations & table set up. We respectfully ask that you do not intrude on the previous party event by asking your remaining guests to arrive early.
Early guests will not be admitted until the original scheduled time.
The first 10 minutes of the event are normally used to allow guest the proper amount of time to change clothing & sign in. You can also instruct your guests to arrive dressed to save time.
What are the age requirements & are men allowed?
Minimum contact may occur to ensure safety & to also assist with achieving accurate pole results regarding the advance pole fitness classes levels 1-6. Males are not permitted inside of the facility.
The age requirement is 18 & a valid ID is required. We respectfully ask that you do not bring children into the facility. We reserve the right to ask minors, guests with poor hygiene, rude & overly aggressive guests to exit the facility.
My guest or I are plus size. Can we participate?
We are a plus size friendly company. We have specific choreographed routines to accommodate all body types. Our staff does a great job at making each guest feel comfortable. 250 is the max weight limit to climb the pole or swing around the pole. Clients over the weight limit of 250 can dance around the pole during the choreographed routines. The representative of the group will be held liable should any damage occur to the facility, equipment within the inside or outside of the facility due to the negligence of themselves or their guests.
Are pregnant guests allowed?
Instruct your pregnant guests to consult with a physician prior to arrival to seek approval. BodyWorkz Pole Fitness LLC, the owner or staff, will not be held liable should the guests injure themselves. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver & release form. The representative of the group is required to sign a liability form on behalf of their guests.
Pregnant guest can attend private pole parties & are advised to refrain from strenuous activities & the usage of the hookah or alcohol.
Pregnant guests are not permitted at fitness classes or private one on one sessions.
Can we select our own music? Can I see the facility?
It's your party! Of course, you can select a playlist upon arrival. We provide cordless mics & a powerful sound system. Our playlist consists of twerk, trap, country, rock, old school & slow jams. Dress Code
What should I wear?
Sleeveless shirts & dark colored shorts above the knee, tank tops, crop tops, leotards, fishnets & sport bras are highly recommended.
We offer routines to guests that prefer to wear leggings. Leggings will require the use of more upper body strength. Leggings will hinder your pole results unless the host select the option to learn a routine verses individual pole tricks.
Heels & lingerie are optional. Private parts must be covered.
Wedge heels, sandals, skirts & dresses are not permitted.
(MANDATORY) Refrain from the usage of baby oil & lotions prior to arrival. Apply a (nongreasy) lotion the night before the event. Oils & lotions will hinder the instructor ability to teach to their fullest potential & could cause your guests to mistakenly lose their grip & injure themselves. Specify the rules to your guests to avoid injury.

Self-Assembly
Self-assembly will require the pole to be leveled & installed directly under a beam. An 8 or 9-inch leveler is required. Beam locators & levelers can be purchased from your local Walmart or home depot. Frequent maintenance will be required to ensure that the pole is properly leveled & not leaning. Refrain from the use of lotions, oils & jewelry prior to usage. These items could affect your grip & cause injury. Delivery & installation is optional. Please be advised that our staff will not render services after a client has opened the box and tampered with the pole.
