Refund Policy
- A refund will be issued only if a cancellation occurs due to an error or fault on the part of BodyWorkz Pole Fitness.
- A rebooking fee is required for any changes to the date or time of your reservation.
- Refunds will not be issued If the client or their guests arrive late or choose not to attend.
- Downsizing a package is prohibited after a payment has been made.
- A refund will not be issued due to a client submitting incorrect ceiling height measurements.
Balance Due Date
- The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event date.
- Failure to pay the balance will result in a total loss of the reservation & a refund will not be issued.
Inclement Weather
- In cases of inclement weather, cancellation fees will be waived.
- Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related cancellations.
- Instead, clients will be allowed to rebook their event within 60 days of the original date, with a minimum 10-day notice required to reschedule.
Transfers
- Rescheduling or adjusting an event time is only permitted once with the payment of a transfer fee.
- All rescheduled events must occur within 60 days of the original event date and will expire thereafter.
- Any request to reschedule must be made at least 10 days in advance of the original event date.
- Failure to pay the transfer fee will result in a total loss of the reservation.
